The Christmas Dinner will be served between 7:30pm and 10:30pm and the Christmas Lunch will be served between 12:30pm and 3:30pm.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tables are allocated according to the number of guests in each reservation.
• Reservations will only be considered fully confirmed upon receipt of full payment, either by bank transfer or payment link.
• No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
• The quoted rate includes dinner and beverages from the Real Oeiras Hotel selection only.
• Dining will be served in buffet style.
• Beverages not included in the stated package will be charged separately.
• Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the scheduled reservation time.
• Children are welcome under the following conditions:
  • 0 to 3 years old: Complimentary
  • 4 to 12 years old: 50% of the published rate
• The programme may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Should the event be cancelled, Real Oeiras will refund the reservation amount in full.
• Photographic, video and audio recordings may be taken for promotional and communication purposes across various channels. Should you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organisers.
• By proceeding with the reservation payment, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions stated above.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 50% payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation, with the remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations made up to 29 days before the event date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the 50% initial deposit.
• Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the event date (inclusive) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Instalment payments are not available for reservations made fewer than 30 days before 24 December or 25 December. In such cases, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
